The firm maintains a paid up share capital of GBP 5.000.000.000,00 divided in 5.000.000.000 shares of GBP 1,00 each. In September 2017 we have assigned transferred and blocked from AVIS Global Green Energy Fund Limited the full amount of its share capital. The firm will be publicly traded at the AVIS Stock Exchanges.

Corporation functionality: ACAP is the investment fund of the AVIS Global Group. ACAP works hand in hand with AVIS Bank for processing. ACAP is the issuer of the “AVIS Green Note programe".
10bln GBP share capital has paid in, distributed in 10bln shares. The firm is in general responsible for the treasury management of the AVIS group.

AVIS Bank
The Group processed the acquisition of international Bank Institutions between 2016 until 2022 for the creation of a high-tech multi-banking system by implementing new core banking software. In Colombia, the bank processed the acquisition of Efecty, the largest South America payment provider with 10,000 employees and Servientrega the largest South America transport corporation.
AVIS Bank completing in Africa the merger with historical Retail Bank in Q2 2022 with 26 Branches
AVIS Bank is an easy-going green bank for the finance-management of green high-tech projects. The Bank in its subject is a merchant and clearing bank complementing AVIS Capital as treasurer. In 2021/2022 the Bank launched the support of USD Mint for the issuance and distribution of digital USD and the forming and issuance of AVIS Greens.

Grant Thornton was engaged to audit on February 25, 2022 and in early April 2022 Grant Thornton withdrew his engagement from AVIS Bank. AVIS Bank's share capital exceeded the insurance limit of the local Grant Thornton branch. As a result, Noland was contracted on April 27, 2022. The non audited AVIS Bank interim report was created.
